JB Martin NEVADA EMERALD MOHAIR Mohair Velvet Upholstery Fabric
JB Martin Nevada Emerald Mohair is a very plush, durable velvet that is shorn from Angora goats. It can be dyed in the most rich, beautiful colors because it takes dye exceptionally well. It is shown in Forest Green. It is resistant to moisture wicking, stretching, and creasing. Mohair is used in theaters as seating, hotel lobbies, commercial decor and in residential settings as draperies, curtains, cornice boards, bedding, headboards, pillows, cushions and furniture upholstery. Due to the nature of mohair velvet when upholstering, it is strongly recommended that welting best done without an inner welt cord. An inner cord will lead to premature abrading of the pile in the welt cord.
